རྗེ་དྲུང་ཤེས་རབ་དབང་པོ་ནི་དགེ་འདུན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་དང་། རྗེ་བཙུན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་མཚན། པཎ་ཆེན་བསོད་ནམས་གྲགས་པ་སོགས་དགེ་ལུགས་པའི་མཁས་ཆེན་དུ་མའི་བུ་སློབ་ཡིན་ལ། ཁོང་གིས་དགོན་སྡེ་དུ་མ་ཕྱག་འདེབས་མཛད་ཅིང་། དེ་ལས་དགོན་སྡེ་གཉིས་ལ་དར་རྒྱས་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་མིང་བཏགས། ཁོང་གིས་ཆབ་མདོ་བྱམས་པ་གླིང་གི་གདན་རབས་བཅུ་པ་དང་བཅུ་གཅིག་པ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་འགན་བཞེས་ཤིང་། ཁོང་གི་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་རིམ་བྱོན་ལ་རྫི་ཐོ་བྲག་ནག་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་ཞེས་གྲགས།

Samten Chhosphel earned his PhD from CIHTS in India where he served as the head of Publication Dept. for 26 years. He has a Master’s degree in Writing and Publishing from Emerson College, Boston. Currently he is an adjunct Assistant Professor at the City University of New York, and Language Associate in Columbia University, NY.
