སྟག་མཚེར་སྐུ་ཕྲེང་གསུམ་པ་བློ་བཟང་མཁས་གྲུབ་ཉི་མས་སྤྱི་ལོ ༡༨༡༩ ལོར་སྐུ་འབུམ་དགོན་གྱི་ཁྲི་རབས་ཞེ་དྲུག་པའི་འགན་བཞེས།
Few details are available about the life if the Third Taktser, Lobzang Khedrub Nyima (stag mtsher 03 blo bzang mkhas grub nyi ma), the reincarnation of the Second Taktser, Yeshe Kelzang (stag mtsher 02 ye shes skal bzang, b. 1705).
He served as the forty-sixth throne holder of the Kumbum Jampa Ling (sku 'bum byams pa gling) Monastery starting in 1819, having first served as abbot of the Medical College (sman pa grwa tshang). Also in 1819 he organized the construction and consecration of the enlightenment stupa (byang chub mchod rten) that housed clothes and other relics of the Third Dalai Lama, Sonam Gyatso (tA la'i bla ma 03 bsod nams rgya mtsho, 1543-1588).
