Taktsang Lhamo, or Ganden Shedrub Pekar Drolwai Ling, is an important Geluk monastery in Amdo that was founded in 1748 by Gyeltsen Sengge, the 53rd throne-holder of Ganden. It is one of the seats of the Kirti incarnation line. Although Taktsang Lhamo is the name traditionally given to the cave shrine nearby, the name now also applies to Ganden Shedrub Pekar Drolwai Ling.
