The Treasury of Lives

The Shambhala Mountain Center, in Red Feather Lake, Colorado, USA, was founded by Chogyam Trungpa in 1971 to serve as a residential facility for students and a location for retreats. It was initially named Rocky Mountain Dharma Center. Construction on the Great Stupa of Dharmakaya began in 1988. It contains relics of Chogyam Trungpa.
