Pasho Gon is a Geluk monastery in the Pasho region of Kham that was founded in 1473 by Lhopa Gyeltsen Sengge, a disciple of Tsongkhapa. It was the seat of the Tatsak Jedrung incarnations, one of the lineages empowered to act as regents during the minority of the Dalai Lamas. The regency temple, Kundeling, in Lhasa, was founded in 1794.
