Pemo De is a Geluk monastery in the Drakkar territory outside Liangzhou, modern-day Wuwei. It was one of four monasteries that Sakya Paṇḍita Kunga Gyeltsen and Pakpa Lodro Gyeltsen established in the region in the thirteenth century. The Third Changkya, Rolpai Dorje was born in 1717 in the Drakkar territory of this monastery.
