Kagyu Shenpen Kunchab is a Shangpa and Karma Kagyu dharma center in Sante Fe, New Mexico. Kalu Rinpoche established it in 1975 during his second visit to North America. Construction on a stūpa said to contain relics of the Buddha was initiated in 1982 and was consecrecrated  in 1986. It is said to one of the largest stūpas in North America.
