Kagyu Droden Kunchab is a Shangpa Kagyu dharma center in the Height Ashbury neighborhood of San Francisco. Kalu Rinpoche established it in 1974, during his second visit to North America. It was among several early North American Shangpa Kagyu centers founded by Kalu Rinpoche and directed by Lama Lodru, Kalu Rinpoche's student.
