Driru Drubde, also known as Takpu Drubde Genden Lukzang Kunpel Ling, in Takpu, was founded by Takpu Pema Vajra in 1920. Prior to its destruction during the cultural revolution it was home to 60-70 monks. Restoration began in 1986.
