Chakra, also known as Changra, is a Sakya monastery in Derge, Kham. It was originally founded as a Drigung Kagyu monastery in 1125 or 1135, and in the thirteenth century it was converted to Sakya. The monastery is near the ruins of the summer palace of the Derge royal family.
