ཀུ་མཱ་རཱ་ཛ་ནི་རྫོགས་ཆེན་སྙིང་ཐིག་གི་ཆོས་རྒྱུད་འཛིན་མཁན་གྱི་བླ་མ་ཞིག་ཡིན་ལ། ཁོང་ནི་མེ་ལོང་རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་ཀློང་ཆེན་པ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་བུ་སློབ་ཡིན།

མེ་ལོང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ནི་ལྡང་མ་ལྷུན་རྒྱལ་ལས་མཆེད་པའི་དཔལ་རྫོ གས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བི་མ་སྙིང་ཏིག་གི་ བརྒྱུད་པ་འཛིན་པའི་བླ་མ་ཞིག་ཡི ན། ཁོང་འཁྲུལ་ཞིག་སེངྒེ་རྒྱབ་པའི་སློབ་མ་དང་། རྗེ་ཀློང་ཆེན་པའི་བླ་མ་རིག་འཛིན་ཀུམཱར་རཱཛ་ཡི་བླ་མ་ཡིན།

འཁྲུལ་ཞིག་སེངྒེ་རྒྱབ་པ་ནི་རྫོགས་ཆེན་སྙིང་ཏིག་ གི་བརྒྱུད་པ་འཛིན་པའི་སྐྱེས་ཆེ ན་ཞིག་ཡིན། ཁོང་གུ་རུ་ཇོ་འབེར་གྱི་སློབ་མ་དང་། མེ་ལོང་རྡོ་རྗེའི་བླ་མ་ཡིན།

གཡག་སྡེ་པཎ་ཆེན་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་དར་རྒྱས་ནི་ས་སྐྱ་པའི་མཁས་ཆེན་ཞིག་ཡིན་ལ། ཨེ་ཝམ་དགོན་ཕྱག་འདེབས་མཁན་ཡིན། ཁོང་གིས་ཀརྨ་པ་སྐུ་ཕྲེང་གསུམ་པ་དང་། ཞྭ་དམར་པ་སྐུ་ཕྲེང་དང་པོ། བུ་སྟོན་རིན་ཆེན་གྲུབ། དོལ་པོ་པ། ཀློང་ཆེན་པ། རྗེ་ཙོང་ཁ་པ་སོགས་དུས་སྐབས་དེའི་མཁས་གྲུབ་བརྒྱ་དང་བརྒྱད་ལས་ཐོས་བསམ་མཛད་པར་གྲགས།

Gyelse Zopa was a companion of Longchenpa from the time of his studies in Sangphu to the end of his life. But he is also an interesting figure as a living link between three circles: the Jonangpas, via Yonten Gyatso, Dolpopa Sherab Gyeltsen, and Chokle Namgyel; the original practitioners of the Heart-Essence of the Ḍākinī via Gyelse Lekpa, Rinchen Lingpa; and Longchenpa's own group. It is possible he is the same person as Wozer Gocha who brought the complete text of that cycle to Longchenpa around 1339.

The Third Karmapa, Rangjung Dorje, was a prominent Karma Kagyu hierarch who also held Nyingma and Chod lineages. He was likely the first man to carry the title of Karmapa, following his identification by Orgyenpa Rinchen Pel as the reincarnation of Karma Pakshi, whom Orgyenpa posthumously identified as the reincarnation of Dusum Khyenpa. He spent much of his life traveling across Tibet and made two visits to the Yuan court in China.

Gyelse Lekpa was Pema Ledreltsel's main direct disciple and, as such, a key figure in the early history of the Heart Essence of the Ḍākinī. He was himself a terton and a master to all the important figures of the second generation of the Heart Essence of the Ḍākinī lineage holders such as Rinchen Lingpa, the Third Karmapa, and Longchenpa.

Longchenpa is considered one of the greatest philosophers and authors of the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. In his many writings he brought together disparate strands of Dzogchen teachings, both those based on Indian scriptures and on revelations. He trained in both Kadam and Sakya monasteries before receiving the Dzogchen Nyingtik transmissions from his teacher Kumāradza and in visions. Briefly banished from Tibet, he fathered children and established teaching lineages in Bhutan.
