Sinpo Ri Lhakhang is a temple dating to the thirteenth century on a ridge above the confluence of the Kyichu and Tsangpo rivers. The twelfth-century Indian paṇḍit Vibhūticandra erected a famous statue of Cakrasaṃvara there, on the advice of Śākyaśrībhadra (1127-1225)
