Bo Gangkar Monastery, also known as Khamsum Drakgon Monastery, is a Karma Kagyu monastery that was established in the twelfth century. It is the seat of the Gangkar Lamas. The Ninth Gangkar rebuilt and expanded it in the mid-twentieth century.
