Nyima Tang is a Geluk monastery in central Tibet that was founded by Nyelgo Rinchen Samdrub, a disciple of Tsongkhapa. In the fifteenth century is was a teaching college affiliated with Sangpu Monastery. It was originally founded in the seventh century and was converted to Kadampa by the eleventh century. It is currently in ruins.
