Kagyu Changchub Chuling is a Shangpa Kagyu dharma center in Portland, Oregon. Kalu Rinpoche established the center during a visit to Portland in 1976. Its current location was purchased in 1981. In 2001, land outside the city was purchased for the purpose of supporting retreats.
