Kyobpa Pel Zangpo (skyob pa dpal bzang po) was a translator active in the twelfth century. Among his translations in the Kangyur (bka' 'gyur) are the Śrī Hevajrābhisamayatilaka. He was a student of Sakya Paṇḍita Kunga Gyeltsen (sa skya paN+Di ta kun dga' rgyal mtshan, 1182-1251) and a teacher to the Ra Luk lama (rwa lugs) Rongpa Sherab Sengge (rong pa shes rab seng+ge, d.u.).
