The former home, a two-storey stone building in the Jokhang neighborhood in Lhasa, of the aristocratic Horkhang family, whose members included Horkhang Sonam Tobgye and Ngabo Ngawang Jigme. The house was built in 1956 and was extant at the time of the 1994 Lhasa Atlas survey.
